Sanrio manufactures a 'Hello Kitty Sushi Maker' for the Japanese market which allows homemakers to roll their own little pieces of itty-bitty Kitty-themed eats. Fran P's version of Kitty sushi appears to be handmade and homemade since the pieces are larger and more robust than what Sanrio's sushi maker is capable of rolling.
